#JL936L is lightweight folding blind cane for blind person. This cane can be folded up in 4 parts without tool while not in use and is easy for storage. It’s with a nylon wrist strap that can be within easy reach. The surface is with a reflective color of red and white to enhance visibility. The bottom tip is made of anti-slip rubber to reduce the accident of slipping.
